How do I download purchased products?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you can access all of your downloads from the My Account > Downloads page.

Do I need Photoshop?

Details about product compatibility are listed out on each product’s page. Most products are designed to work with Adobe Photoshop CS6 and later, and won’t be compatible with Procreate, Canva, or other image editing software.

Do I need any special knowledge for working with these products?

Basic knowledge of Photoshop is required, and each individual download comes with an instructions file that will walk you through editing and customizing your images. For additional help, you can always reach out directly via the Contact page and you’ll get a reply back as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the products being immediately available for download upon purchase, refunds aren’t offered at this time – unless a duplicate purchase is made by accident. Please reach out via the Contact page with any questions you may have before purchasing!
